UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's cross country team hosted the 2025 Wildcat Classic Invitational. The Wildcats took home seventh place, while freshman Ava Stoby led SUNY Poly with a 47th place finish with a time of 33:08.4. Wildcat Michalyn Fagan was honored following the event for senior day. 

Senior Olivia Grinnell secured the top spot for Saint John Fisher University with a time of 24:02.9. Saint John Fisher University claimed seven of the top 10 spots in the event and would take home first place honors. Hobart William Smith Colleges and Hartwick College closely followed.

The Wildcats would come in seventh place. 

The Wildcats will now prepare for their next meet at Hamilton College on October 11th.
