UTICA, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly women's cross country team hosted the 2024 Wildcat Classic Invitational. The Wildcats did not place, but sole runner Rosalea Clays finished in 34th place with a time of 30:34.9, and was recognized after the race as part of the Wildcat cross country senior day. 

Sophomore Marlo Townsend secured the top spot for Utica University with a time of 23:58.2. Utica University claimed three of the top four spots in the event. Utica's dominance earned them first place in the event. William Smith College and Hartwick rounded out the standings.
