Utica, N.Y. — Outside Hitter Kaylee DeGroat and midfielder Matthew McCord have been named Wildcats of the Week.  

Kaylee DeGroat received this recognition for leading the SUNY Poly women's volleyball team to their first win of the season. With an impressive stat line of ten kills and ten digs, she finished the match with 11 points, contributing to the Wildcats' 3-0 victory over the Anna Maria Amcats.

Graduate student Matthew McCord earned his honor after scoring a clutch penalty kick in the 86th minute, securing the Wildcats' first conference victory in the Empire 8 against Hartwick. This win improved the Wildcats' season record to 5-2.
