Utica, N.Y - The SUNY Poly Men's Cross Country team hosted the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational on August 30th. Four teams in total competed in the 6k race, with SUNY Poly finishing in fourth place.
Junior Bennett Molita of Utica University took first place in the race, finishing with an impressive time of 18:49.5Â
Overall, Utica University took home the top prize, compiling a total of 21 points. SUNY Oneonta secured second place with 46 points. With 82 points SUNY Cobleskill took home third, while SUNY Poly finished the race in fourth place with 103 points.Â
Ethan LaMore finished with the best time for the Wildcats, securing 16th place with a time of 22:28.0. Noah Breedy completed the course with a time of 23:53.8, while Ethan Baker followed him with a time of 25:41.5Â
