Utica, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly men's volleyball team was well represented in the NEVC end-of-year awards. Junior Thomas McNulty led the charge, being named the NEVC Defensive Player of the Year. He was joined by Andrew Baaki, Adam Brawn, Peter Gottler, and Joshua Slater, all of whom earned spots on the NEVC All-Conference Second Team.

McNulty had an outstanding season, finishing the 2025 campaign with 317 digs, the third most in a single season in Wildcat men's volleyball history. In conference play, McNulty led the NEVC in total digs (89) and digs per set (3.87). Additionally, he secured 134 receptions with only five reception errors.

Rookie Andrew Baaki made an impressive debut, finishing his first year with 141 kills and a .307 attack percentage. He also excelled defensively, leading the Wildcats with 66 blocks (52 assists, 14 solo).

Graduate student Adam Brawn made a significant impact in his sole season with the Wildcats, recording 205 kills and 19 service aces. On the defensive side, Brawn posted 77 digs and 23 blocks.

Junior Peter Gottler was a standout on the offensive end, amassing 369.5 points, 315 kills, and 41 service aces. He also contributed 134 digs and 22 blocks.

Junior Joshua Slater was a key contributor to the Wildcats' success, finishing the season with 827 assists, along with 147 digs and 22 blocks.
