Canton, N.Y. – The SUNY Poly women's lacrosse team (3-3, NEAC 1-1) fell to SUNY Canton (4-4) 16-1 in the non-conference matchup.

The Wildcats suffered a tough loss against the Roos of SUNY Canton this past Saturday. The Roos strong offense took control of the game early scoring 12 of their 16 goals in the first half. Nakeya Stedman (Sauquoit, N.Y.) scored the lone goal for the Wildcats.

STAT POINTS:

• Nakeya Stedman netted one goal for the Wildcats, making this her 5^th goal of the season.
• Megan Will (Remsen, N.Y.) had 13 saves for the Wildcats.
• Kayla Prosinski, (Endwell, N.Y.) had four ground balls and one caused turnover for the Wildcats.
• Allison Auger led the Roos with 4 goals and 2 assists.
• Molly Denny finished with 5 points for the Roos.
