Box Score WASHINGTON – The SUNYIT Women's Soccer Team picked up their first win of the season on Saturday, 10-1 over the Bison of Gallaudet in the nation's capital.
SUNYIT scored early and often, as Kristina Strang put the Wildcats up 1-0 just 39 seconds into the game. Strang would go on to score three goals in the first 8:08 of the game, and ended with 7 points overall after adding an assist.
Abbey Hanehan and Stephanie Wurz each added two goals as well for the Wildcats, while Katie Driscoll led SUNYIT with 2 assists.
SUNYIT will be back in action with a home game against MCLA on Tuesday, September 24th. Game time is set for 6:00 pm.
