Charles Rosaschi

Charles Rosaschi is entering his fifth season as the head coach of the SUNY Poly women’s lacrosse program, bringing passion, program pride, and firsthand experience as a former Wildcat student-athlete. Since taking over the program in 2022, Rosaschi has focused on building a competitive culture and developing student-athletes both on and off the field while guiding the team through conference transitions and steady program growth.

His most successful season to date came in 2024, when he led the Wildcats to a 6–9 overall record and a 4–3 conference mark, securing the program’s first postseason appearance since 2019. During his tenure, Rosaschi has coached six All-Conference selections, including 100-point career scorers Molly Burdick and Kaitlin Kopcza.

Prior to joining the SUNY Poly coaching staff, Rosaschi was a standout player for the Wildcats. In 2019, he earned First Team All-Conference honors as a goalie in the North Eastern Athletic Conference, after previously totaling 68 career points as an attackman. Before his time at SUNY Poly, he competed collegiately for Herkimer County Community College, where he continued to develop his all-around game.

A native of Monroe-Woodbury, Rosaschi remains active in the sport beyond the collegiate level. He coaches with local lacrosse organizations and competes with the Utica Yeti of the Interstate Box Lacrosse Association, maintaining strong ties to the regional lacrosse community.

As the program continues to evolve, Rosaschi’s leadership, playing experience, and commitment to development position the Wildcats for continued progress heading into the upcoming season.
