Charles Rosaschi is entering his fifth season as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at SUNY Poly. Coach Rosaschi's most successful season came in 2024, when he led the Wildcats to their first playoff appearance since 2019. He has also coached 7 All-Conference players, including 100 point scorers Molly Burdick and Kaitlin Kopcza. 

Prior to joining the coaching staff at SUNY Poly, Charles was a standout lacrosse player for the Wildcats. In 2019 he earned 1st team All-Conference goalie in the NEAC.
Prior to that, he compiled 68 points as an attackman for the Wildcats. He also played two years of collegiate lacrosse for Herkimer County Community College. 

Chuck grew up in Monroe-Woodbury, N.Y. He currently coaches for local lacrosse organizations and plays for the Utica Yeti in the IBLA.
