MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team was eliminated in the first round of the NEAC Championship Tournament on Tuesday in a 3-0 game with Keuka at home. SUNY Poly struggled to get the offense going in the game. Keuka scored two goals in the first half to take an early lead. The Wolves would add another goal in the second half to take a commanding lead. With the win, Keuka advances to the NEAC Final Four in Harrisburgh this weekend.
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team traveled down to Gallaudet for a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC). The Wildcats and the Bison played a heavily contested game that went down to the wire. SUNY Poly was ultimately able to pull off the win 3-2 to remain undefeated in NEAC play.

Richie Morris (Spanish Town, Jamaica) scored on an assist from Doreion Alleyne (Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago). They would end the half up 1-0. The Wildcats would come out of the locker room swinging. Richie Morris would again score this time on a pass from Akeem Shelton (Kingston, Jamaica). Later in the half, Morrisville would get on the board with a goal from Ralph Andre but it would be too little too late as the Wildcats would hold on for a 2-1 victory.
MARCY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team won at home against the SUNY Canton Roos 1-0. The only goal of the game was scored by Randolph Butler (New Hartford, N.Y.) on a penalty kick 12:11 into the game. From that point, the Wildcats locked down on defense to hold their lead.

After a deadlocked regulation with no goals scored the game would be decided in multiple overtime periods. The game would be decided in the 109th minute by Richie Morris (Spanish Town, Jamaica) assisted on a beautiful pass by Akeem Shelton (Kingston, Jamaica).

The SUNY Poly Wildcats got in a 2-0 hole early in the first half but came out of the locker room swinging in the second. The Wildcats scored twice to tie the game up to end regulation.. After a scoreless first overtime period, the Wildcats would score the golden goal to earnt the 3-2 victory at Alfred State.

After getting down a goal, the Wildcats came back to tie the game before the half. In the second half, Utica would come out hot and score two goals in just over 16 minutes. Poly nearly tied the game up late in the second half, but a great save kept the Pioneers in the driver's seat.
GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced its 2018 Men’s Soccer All-Conference Team with 33 student-athletes receiving the league’s top honors. The Wildcats were well represented on the All-Conference Teams with one player being named to the first team, one player being named to the second team, and two players being named to the third team.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team traveled to Union College on Wednesday to play a non-conference game against the Dutchmen. The game ended in a loss for the Wildcats, who were unable to score in the game. The final score was 2-0. The Wildcats are now 3-4-3 this season.

The Wildcats open play on the road at cross-town rival Utica College on August 31st at 7:00 PM. The team’s first home game will be against NEAC foe Wells on September 15th at 2:00 PM at SUNY Poly’s Wildcat Field.
ABINGTON, PA. - The SUNY Poly Wildcats beat Lancaster Bible in a thrilling 2-1 overtime game on Saturday. The win sends the Wildcats to the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Championship game where they will take on the host team, Penn State Abington. Abington beat Penn College 3-0 on Saturday to advance to the Championship game. The Wildcats and the Nittany Lions did not meet in the regular season.

READING, PA. - The SUNY Poly men's soccer team (7-7-0, 5-2-0 NEAC) earned a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) win over Penn State Berks (6-8-1, 2-4-1 NEAC) on Saturday 2-1. The Wildcat offense put 11 shots on goal in the game, netting the first and last goals of the game. Once the go-ahead goal was scored early in the second half for the Wildcats, the defense needed to hold strong and they did just that.

The Wildcats answered right back, knotting the game at one just three minutes later. The difference-making goal for Keuka was scored in the 70th minute off a penalty kick.
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The SUNY Poly men’s soccer team fell to Penn College 0-1 on Saturday in overtime. The game winning goal was scored by Penn College in the 97th minute, handing SUNY Poly their first loss in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) play.
ALFRED, N.Y. - The SUNY Poly Wildcats (2-4) earned their second win of the season on Tuesday with a 3-1 win over Alfred State (1-5-1). The Wildcats came out gunning in the first half, striking first at the 17 minute mark and again at the 33 minute mark. The Wildcats would go to the locker room at halftime with a 2-1 lead. The lead would be extended to 3-1 in the 63rd minute on a goal off a corner kick by the Wildcats.
